THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
In combination with an appropriate antibacterial therapy for the eradication of Helicobacter Pylori.
Patients who need a continuous NSAID therapy.
Therapy for continuation of prevention of peptic ulcer rebleeding induced by intravenous route.
Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome.

DOSAGE
Symptomatic treatment of GERD. Adults and teenagers 12 years and older: 20 mg once/daily.
Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome. Adults: Initial dose, 40 mg twice/daily, then 80-160 mg/daily (dose > 80 mg split in 2 times/daily).
