Composition
Each 1ml contains:
Ondansetron Hydrochloride USP eq. to Ondansetron 4 mg
Vehicle q.s.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
Adults
Treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy and for prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV).

Pediatric Population
Treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy in children > 6 months of age. Prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting in children > 1 month of age.

DOSAGE
Adults and children (4-18 years) in the prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting induced by cytostatic drugs, 0.15 mg/Kg (or 8 mg) by IV route during 15 min, administering the first dose 30 min before the cytostatic drug and the other two at 4-hr intervals.
